The assignment was to create four unique international á la carte concepts with a high degree of flexibility to enable quick and cost-effective implementation, as well as suitable for a world-wide family audience from various backgrounds with a range of expectations and purchasing power. The project encompassed concept culture, concept name, branding, design, content, delivery, training and follow up.
I have had the pleasure of working with Göran Plåt in several projects, the Suntopia á la carte concept being the most recent one. He has extensive knowledge and experience from all parts of the hospitality industry as well as a dynamic and inspiring personality. This combination makes him a great leader of people, change and development. Göran's strategic skills and interest in the details of daily operations was a great asset in this project and will be in any other.
